How do I track my order?

All orders include full tracking. Once your order leaves our Sydney warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking number to follow your delivery.


Processing Times

When will my order be dispatched?

We aim to process orders as quickly as possible. Generally, orders placed before 2:00 PM AEST (Monday–Friday) will be processed and dispatched on the same day.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM will generally be processed the following business day. Please note that our warehouse does not operate on weekends or Public Holidays.


Australian Shipping Options & Times

Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. All orders are shipped from Sydney.

1. Standard Shipping

  • Subscription Orders: FREE Shipping on all active subscriptions.
  • One-Time Orders $60+: FREE 
  • One-Time Orders under $60: $8.99
  • Estimated Delivery: 1–4 business days for Metro areas. Regional areas may take longer.

2. Express Shipping

  • Cost: $14.99
  • Estimated Delivery: 1–2 business days.

Please note: Once the parcel leaves our warehouse, we do not have control over carrier delays. The times above are estimates provided by our carriers.

Common Questions

What happens if my parcel is delayed?

We work hard to get your parcel to you quickly. However, once the package is with the courier, minor delays can occur.

If you believe your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, or has been "Returned to Sender," please contact us via email. To help us assist you quickly, please include your Order Number and the Name used on the order.

I entered my shipping address incorrectly. What should I do?

We understand that mistakes happen! Because we dispatch orders very quickly, we have a very small window to fix address errors.

Please email info@glowactiv.com.au immediately with the subject line "URGENT: Address Change".

If the order has already been processed or collected by the courier, we may not be able to intercept it. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a re-shipping fee may apply to send it out again.
