Returns and Refund Policy

This policy is in addition to your rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Australian Consumer Law). Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the ACL.

Returns (Unopened & Sealed Items)

We accept returns within 60 days of delivery for eligible items that are unopened, unused, and in original sealed packaging. This allows customers to return an order if they change their mind, ordered the wrong flavour, or no longer need the product.

Eligibility

  • Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and sealed in original packaging.
  • Timeframe: Request must be submitted within 60 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping: Customers are responsible for return postage for change of mind returns. We recommend using tracked shipping, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
  • Refund amount: Refund covers the product price paid. Any original shipping paid at checkout is non refundable unless required under ACL. Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the item at our warehouse.
  • No restocking fee.

Important (supplements / hygiene): We cannot accept returns of supplements that have been opened or unsealed for health and safety reasons. If your supplement has been opened, please refer to the 60 Day Glow Peak Guarantee section below.

General Refund Exclusions

Outside of valid ACL claims, an eligible unopened sealed return, or our 60 Day Glow Peak Guarantee, we do not offer refunds for the following:

  • 1. Taste Preferences: Taste is subjective. We have engineered our flavours to be the beauty ritual you will not abandon, but we cannot issue refunds based solely on personal preference. (This exclusion does not apply to your first jar covered by the 60 Day Glow Peak Guarantee.)
  • 2. Allergies and Sensitivities: GlowActiv is a marine collagen product derived from fish. Customers must review the nutritional panel before purchase. We generally cannot refund opened products due to allergies or sensitivities where ingredients were clearly listed. (This does not limit any rights under the ACL.)
  • 3. Order Changes After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot change the address or modify the items in that shipment. Please contact us within 1 hour of ordering if you need to make a change.

If we sent the wrong item or your order arrived damaged: Please contact us and we will make it right.

Customers are responsible for managing or cancelling subscriptions prior to renewal. Subscription renewals after the 60 day window are not eligible for refunds.
